When and where can I
get/receive my refund?
When your order status
becomes "Refunded', the system will process your refund request within 1-2
business days, and then the refund will be returned to your account. Please
refer to the following form for the specific time of arrival.
There are several situations to cause the less refund:
1. There is a coupon within the order: If you
used coupon, bonus, discount or other special offer when placing the order, the
refund amount may be less than order amount that is because the refund will be
coupon first, and then will refund the rest to your account. The coupon can be
used again if it was in the valid period.
2. The transaction fees: when bank
transfer the payment, there might some transferring charge, it would be your
issuing bank or the intermediary bank who charge this fee, you may contact your
bank to confirm.
If you paid with a credit card, the money will be refunded to
your payment card. To secure the safety of your account, we can't refund to
other cards.
If your original card is not valid or if it has expired,
please contact your credit card issuer for more information. Normally they
receive the money on your behalf and transfer it to your available bank
account.
Even though MAARKETO Buyer Protection is free for all our
buyers, the following costs are not covered:
1. Currency conversion fees charged by your credit card issuer.
2. Credit card transaction fees.

bank for further information.
Right now, all supported payment methods on MAARKETO are online
ones, the refund could only be returned to the original account which our customers
used to pay the order. Thanks for your understanding and support.
1. Check whether your order is the status of ‘Refunded’.
2. Please check your inbox message, it usually takes 7-15
business days to arrival your payment account after the refund is completed.
Please be patient if it is still within time-frame.
3. If you don’t receive your refund even after time-frame, you
can contact your card issuing bank for more detail (The bank may freeze your
money)
4. If the bank also cannot find your refund information, it is
recommended that you can ask or other refund information from Online Service
first, then you can contact to bank again for refund confirmation.
For the refund, please make sure you have applied it online for
the order which you no longer need, if there is no dispute application online,
system wouldn't make any refund then.
If you would like to return the fund, you are suggested to
contact the seller to negotiate it, e.g., return fund to seller directly, or
place new order in seller's store.
At present, MAARKETO account doesn't accept any cash business,
we can only send your return shipping fee (return as rewards) or other special
compensation (also the rewards) to MAARKETO account. All the refund will return
to original account.
